RGB is based in the South West, and the on-site training option is far easier and far less disruptive for us than sending people to Watford, which would also involve an overnight stay.

"We had our first on-site training session for six users when the system went live and we now schedule courses every six months or as new people join the company.

Those attending the courses have widely differing levels of computer experience but the feedback from all of them has been very positive. At the end of the one day basic training course, they can all produce designs, whilst the advanced course helps them tackle more challenging layouts. Some of our new employees have already used other design packages and whilst they are waiting for the next training course, they've got started by using the self-teach materials such as the on-line manual. They've found this very easy to follow, and it has enabled them to be ready with specific queries at the training course. We have also used ArtiCAD's on-line training service, and this too has proved very convenient and very successful."
