BathCAD Helpdesk

BathCAD's telephone helpdesk uses a state of the art queuing system to ensure a "first-come-first served" service to all our users. If you make a support call, your query details are entered into the system which raises a BathCAD support helpdesk ticket. This ticket automatically goes into a queuing system and our technicians will call you back to resolve your query, rather than making you hold on until they are able to take your call. We aim to contact you within an hour of your call, but often achieve this in a much shorter time. There is a raised priority procedure for any urgent issues.
