The Client Care team complements the services provided by the Training and Support teams by actively managing your account to help you to get the most out of your investment in BathCAD. The team provides help and advice on such topics as the availability of training courses, graphics and pricing updates, details of what is included in the Annual Support Plan, replacement of lost or damaged software security keys (dongles), requests for software customisation and escalation of support issues, if required.. |
